Training and Education in Different Dimensions (TEDD Ghana) is a pioneering educational organisation based in Accra, Ghana. Founded in 2016 by education consultant Herty Amarh, TEDD Ghana exists to revolutionise education across Africa by equipping teachers, schools, and students with what they need to thrive in the modern world.

Herty Amarh is one of Ghana's foremost education consultants, with over 18 years of experience transforming teaching standards across the country. Her career began in the classroom and grew into a nationwide movement — training teachers, developing curricula, and building institutions that set new benchmarks for education in Ghana.
As a National Trainer for the Ghana Education Service, she has led over 100 large-scale workshops across nearly every region of the country, reaching thousands of educators and school leaders. Her contributions to the INSET curriculum have ensured that teachers across Ghana are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to deliver quality education.
In 2016, she formalised this work by founding TEDD Ghana, and subsequently launched Busy Brains Lyceum and The Kindergarten Krew — model institutions where her innovative methods and diverse pedagogies set new standards for early childhood education in Ghana.
